track
of

accumulative
fees
every
month.
When
an
item
sits
in
your
store
for
several
months
you
will
know
exactly
how
much
the
fees
are
costing

the
item's
profit
when
it
sells.
Listing
data
can
be
imported
from
Turbo
Lister
to
help
reduce
data
entry.

Listing
Items
The
listing
information
is
shown
below.
This
information
is
manually
entered.
The
number
"1"
is
entered
for
any
listing
upgrades
that
apply.
The
screenshot
below
displays
other
listing
information.
The
Listing
Upgrade
Adjustment
columns
is
where
additional
listing
upgrade
fees
would
be
entered.
This
would
include
any
upgrades
not
shown
in
the
screenshot
above.
The
auction
number
is
optional,
it
can
be
skipped.
The
list
date
must
be
entered
in
the
List
Date
column.
The
End
Date
column
is
automatically
calculated
and
displays
the
ending
date
of
each
30
day
listing.
If an
item
is
listed
as
Good
Until
Canceled
(GTC)
the
end
date
will
remain
blank
until
the
item
is
sold.
The
only
time
that
the
end
date
needs
to be
manually
entered
is
when
a GTC
listing
is
ended
before
it is
sold.
Listing
Status
Listings
that
have
ended
display
ENDED
in
the
Listing
Ended
column.
This
happens
when
an
item
is
purchased,
a 30
day
item
has
expired,
or if
a GTC
listing
is
canceled.
The
number
of
days
each
item
is
active
is
displayed
in
the
Days
Listed
column.
The
Payment
Pending
column
displays
(in
red)
the
number
of
days
an
item
has
been
purchased
but
has
not
been
paid.
Once
a
sale
has
been
paid
the
Payment
Pending
column
will
display
PAID.
Store
Tracker
is
not
web
based
and
does
not
retrieve
information
from
eBay.
The
software
is
programmed
to
calculate
the
auction
status
and
profit
information
according
to
the
information
you
enter
into
the
Sales
section
as
described
below.
Sales
The
screenshot
below
displays
where
payment
information
is
entered.
This
must
be
manually
entered,
Turbo
Lister
does
not
handle
post
listing
information.
Due
to
space,
two
fields
are
not
shown
in
the
screenshot
below
(Buyer
ID,
and
Total
Received.
Total
Received
is
automatically
calculated.)
When
PayPal
is
entered
into
the
Payment
Method
column
the
appropriate
PayPal
fees
are
applied.
The
Sales
Tax
column
is
manual
entry
since
eBay
and
PayPal
automatically
calculate
this
for
you.
Profit
Analysis
Below
is a
screenshot
of
the
Profit
Analysis.
Store
Tracker
will
keep
track
of
accumulative
insertion
fees
month
to
month.
The
basic
listing
upgrade
fees
(Gallery,
Gallery
Plus,
Subtitle,
Extra
Pictures,
and
Scheduled
Listings)
will
also
automatically
calculate
for
each
month
the
item
is
listed.
All
other
listing
upgrades
must
be
manually
entered
and
accounted
for
each
month.
Not
shown
below
is a
Fee
Adjustment
column
where
all
other
fees
can
be
manually
entered.
Reports
Store
Tracker
displays
sales
and
expense
reports
as
shown
below.
The
Year
Total
column
calculates
all
data
for
the
current
year
and
is
updated
with
every
transaction
that
is
entered. The
Current
column
displays
statistics
for
the
current
month
only.
Closing
a
month
is
very
easy
with Store
Tracker.
Simply
click
the
Close
button
of
the
month
you
want
to
close.
The
data
in
the
Current
column
then
becomes
blank
and
the
data
is
transferred
to
the
month
you
assign
it.
The

all
statistics
that
were
entered
for
the
month
of
January,
however,
the
month
has
not
been
closed
as
you
can
see
all
of
the
data
is
displayed
in
the
Current
Column.

All
data
within
the
Reports
are
automatically
calculated
except
for
the

Fee

The
amount
of
your
monthly
store
fee
needs
to be
manually
entered
into
the
Current
column
anytime
during
the
month
before
the
month
is
closed.

for
sales
and
expenses
are
created
as
seen
below:
The
Fee
Setup
Utility
The
Fee
Setup
Utility
is
what
really
sets Store
Tracker
apart
from
any
other
program
offered
on
eBay.
When
eBay
or
PayPal
fees
change,
simply
change
the
chart
information
right
within
the
program.
Previous
data
is
not
effected
and
the
new
rates
will
go
into
effect
according
to
the
date
you
set.
We
could
find
no
other
eBay
software
with
this
awesome
feature.
You
will
almost
never
need
program
updates
and
you
will
not
have
to
start
a new
program
file
when
fees
change.
If
eBay
totally
changes
the
structure
of a
fee,
then
an
update
will
be
needed.*

shown
below
are
from
an
image
prior
to
the
Feb,
20th,
2008
changes.
All
fees
within
the
software
have
been
updated
to
reflect
the
2008
changes.

An
example
of a
fee
structure
change
by
eBay
would
be as
follows:
Instead
of
listing
upgrades
being
charged
with
a
flat
fee,
upgrades
are
charged
by a
percentage
of
the
item's
listing
price.
In a
major
change
like
this
a
program
update
would
be
needed
(free
of
charge)
and a
new
program
file
would
need
to be
started.
It is
unlikely
that
eBay
will
change
a fee
structure
in
this
manner.

Excel
to
run.
About
MAC
Computers:
Auction
Accounting
Pro will
run
on
MAC
computers
as
long
as
Excel
is
installed,
however,
it
has
been
reported
to us
that
Excel
2008
does
not
support
macros
which
is
needed
to
run Store
Tracker.
Feel
free
to email
us
for a
test
file.
We
will
send
you a
small
Excel
file
so
that
you
can
be
sure
the
software
will
run
correctly.

All
of

software
is
password
protected
and
cannot
be
modified
except
for
where
custom
changes
are
permitted.

About
Macros:
Store
Tracker
contains
macros.
Macros
are
small
programs
that
enhance
Excel's
capabilities.
Your
macro
setting
in
Excel
will
need
to be
changed
to
the
LOW
security
setting
to
run
our
software.
(This
is
easy
to do
and
we
explain
how
it is
done.)
Microsoft,
by
default,
warns
users
against
lowering
the
macro
security
setting
because
macros
can
contain
viruses.
We
guarantee
there
are
no
viruses
in
our
software.
Lowering
the
macro
security
setting
plays
no
effect
on
receiving
any
other
viruses
unless
you
were
to
run
another
Excel
file
with
macros.
Antivirus
software
can
be
ran
on
Excel
files
to
check
for
viruses.
